1. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@customprintershop.com with your order details.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened ink cartridges and toner products cannot be returned once used.
  • Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable.
